Directions

Place luke warm water in mixer bowl and add yeast. Allow yeast to rehydrate for 5 minutes than add the remaining ingredients. Mix with a bread hook for 5 to 10 minutes.

Let rise in the normal fashion for 1 hour. Knock down and shape into a ball and place on a baking sheet.

Let rise for 1 hour.

Bake at 400° F. for 25 minutes or until the bread sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
